01. Assessment and planning

We begin with your health history, current concerns, comfort and goals. This helps your therapist develop an individualized session plan.

02. A personalized session

Your therapist selects appropriate techniques, which may include deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and other therapeutic bodywork.

03. Comfort and communication

Pressure, positioning and techniques can be adjusted based on your preferences and feedback throughout the session.

04. Recommendations and follow up

Your therapist may discuss at home care, future appointment timing or additional resources based on your needs and response to treatment.

For payment at the time of your appointment by cash, credit card or eligible HSA or FSA funds. Confirm HSA or FSA eligibility with your plan administrator.

Cancellation policy

Your appointment time is reserved for you. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice and missed appointments are subject to a $50 fee charged to the card on file.
