These rates are available when payment is made at the time of your appointment by cash, credit card, or eligible HSA/FSA funds. Please confirm HSA/FSA eligibility with your plan administrator.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each patient. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves an opening in the massage therapist’s schedule that could have been offered to another patient.
Wellness Pointe requires at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a $50.00 fee charged to the card on file.
