Melanie Ondong is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her doctorate from Washington State University in Vancouver, WA in 2016. Her focus is on family medicine, preventative medicine, obesity medicine, chronic care management, and women’s health. Her philosophy is to provide the best possible patient care. She wants to be an advocate for patients and families and a resource for patient education and learning. One of the best things about family medicine is spending quality time talking with patients about what matters most to them. This allows her to provide holistic care which is very rewarding. She strives to partner with her patients and their families to help them achieve the quality of life that they envision. When she is not working, she finds great joy from spending time with her husband and her four children traveling, hiking, and adventuring together.
Kim Balsemer is a licensed massage therapist with 15 years of experience in the field, having started her practice in 2009. She specializes in deep tissue treatment and has a particular passion for alleviating lower back, hip, and neck pain. Kim is dedicated to helping her clients achieve optimal wellness and enjoys tailoring her techniques to meet their individual needs, ensuring each session provides both relief and relaxation. She specializes in therapeutic bodywork that supports relaxation, pain relief, and improved mobility, using a holistic approach that addresses both physical tension and overall well-being. With a deep understanding of anatomy and movement, Samantha tailors each session to meet her clients’ unique needs, creating a calm, supportive environment where healing and restoration can naturally unfold.
In addition to massage therapy, Samantha is a certified Pilates and yoga instructor, as well as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Nutritionist (CN). This diverse background allows her to integrate hands-on bodywork with movement and nutrition education for a well-rounded, sustainable approach to health. A retired ballet dancer who still teaches ballet part time, Samantha has a lifelong love of movement; whether through yoga, Pilates, dance, or general exercise, she brings that appreciation for mindful motion into her work. When she’s not moving, she enjoys tending to garden projects, playing piano, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and family dog, Moose.

He has a special interest in working with connective tissue disorders and is trained in intraoral massage, a specialized technique used to address TMJ dysfunction (TMJD), jaw pain, muscle tension, headaches, and other conditions affecting the jaw and surrounding structures. Jana is a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 17 years of experience helping clients improve their health, wellness, and quality of life through therapeutic massage. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings, including massage therapy franchises, chiropractic offices, and alongside medical doctors, nurse practitioners, and physical therapists.
