Direct Primary Care is a membership-based approach to primary care. Instead of billing insurance for your routine care at Wellness Pointe, you pay a flat monthly fee and receive ongoing access to your provider and the services included in your membership.
This model gives your provider more time to focus on prevention, address multiple concerns, and create a care plan based on your individual needs.
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care membership is not health insurance.
Wellness Pointe does not bill insurance for direct primary care visits. Patients may still choose to use existing insurance for medications, laboratory testing, radiology, and other outside services when applicable.

No, we do not accept health insurance for direct care. Our direct care model allows us to offer transparent pricing and discounted pricing on labs and procedures such as biopsies, Pap smears, point-of-care testing such as urine screens, and rapid flu and strep testing.
Patients may still choose to use insurance for medications, laboratory testing, radiology, and other outside services when applicable.
